Meowingtons Hax Tour Trax

Lead by Deadmau5, the Meowingtons Hax tour is gonna be crazy.  It features the likes of Feed Me, Datsik, Zedd, and even more of the Mau5trap crew.  To promote the tour they released their sick new album which I suggest purchasing in its entirety at Beatport.  We already posted Where My Keys from the album, but here are two more bangers to enjoy.

Static - Dj Aero & Tommy Lee

Blast Wave - Al Bizzare

Bonus: Sick new house track from Fedde Le Grand - So Much Love

House Anthems Anyone?

Sebastian Ingrosso of Swedish House Mafia and Alesso the up and coming Swedish super-producer combine on this track to make a crazy house song that surely will be played at festivals and parties world wide.  This is the instrumental, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear some vocals put on it soon.

Calling - Sebastian Ingrosso & Alesso

DJs From Mars are at it again with a sick mashup of SHM's Save The World and Lady Gaga's The Edge of Glory.  As always, they not only perfectly combined the 2 songs but also enhanced them, you'll see what I mean.

Crazy House Bangers

Dada Life is back again with a huge new banger.  It delivers the huge bass and heavy synths typical of the Dada.  Also have a new dubstep remix of Mord Fustang's The Electric Dream that adds so much to the already sick song.  Point Out Of A Curve is a progressive house song that still brings the bang factor I think a lot of progressive songs lack.  Last is a remix of Pitbull's Rain Over Me.  We all know his voice works well with sick dance songs, and this one is no exception.  Enjoy.

Happy Violence (Original Mix) - Dada Life

The Electric Dream (Charlie Darker Remix) - Mord Fustang

Point Out Of A Curve (Club Edit) - Adam K

Rain Over Me (Quintino Remix) - Pitbull feat. Marc Anthony

Dubstep Anyone?

Who doesn't love some grimey dubstep these days?  Well, luckily for you guys I'm here to provide you with some of the grimiest.  Start out with Skrillex's Equinox, it's been out for awhile but if you dont have it yet you really need it.  If you like spooky vocals with your dubstep, the kind that send chills down your spine, then Reincarnation by High Rankin is for you.  I'll let the other songs speak for themselves, enjoy.

Equinox - Skrillex

Reincarnation - High Rankin

Deviance - Excision & Datsik

Turn It On (Dillon Francis Remix)

Bootcamp - Nicky Romero, Apster

Universal - Subscape

New SICK Skrillex & Knife Party Collab

Here's a preview of the collab between Knife Party and Skrillex. We've mentioned it in earlier posts, but I decided to post the preview just so you guys can get a taste of what's to come, even if we're a little late. From what you can hear, Zoology IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. It incorporates a little moombahton, which is essentially dubstep with the bpm turned down from 140 to about 108. Honestly, I have no idea how Skrillex and Knife Party make their trademark "grinding noises" sound so damn good. This should keep you satisfied till a full download surfaces.

Where My Keys: Sick New House Track from The Mau5

The Mau5 always delivers.  This banger is no exception, he just continues to go hard in the paint.  This is much more reminiscent of his older stuff.  Also have a Madeon remix of DJ by Alphabeat.  Whenever you hear Madeon's name, you should definitely get it.  He is the future, yeeee.

Where My Keys - Deadmau5

DJ(Madeon Remix) - Alphabeat

New Disco Fries Remix + Levels Mashup

Disco Fries, who brought you great remixes of I Wanna Go, Like a G6, and Turn Around just to name a few, released another great banger. This time the duo produced a remix of the Clinton Sparks hit “Sucks To Be You.” Definitely a must hear. The second track is a solid mashup of Avicii’s “Levels” and Guetta’s “Where Them Girls At.” While I haven’t loved any mashups using Levels before this, I can see a lot of people liking “Where Them Levels At.” Check it out.

Sucks To Be You (Disco Fries Remix) – Clinton Sparks

Where Them Levels At – Jrowe

Sup Avicii, Collide (Afrojack Remix) - Leona Lewis

Not sure how many of you have been following the whole Leona Lewis trying to use Avicii's Fade Into Darkness on her new single "Collide" with out telling him thing, but the good news is they got it all worked out.  So without further ado... here is the Afrojack remix of Collide.  You know its good when Afrojack's name is on the track.  Also have a newish Calvin Harris song and a remix of Pumped Up Kicks by HyJax that brings some pretty serious bass.  Enjoy.

Collide (Afrojack Remix) - Leona Lewis

Feel So Close - Calvin Harris

Pumped Up Kicks (HyJax Remix) - Foster The People

Wynter Gordon- Buy my Love(FAREOH remix)

Fareoh is a fantastic up and coming new DJ/Producer from New York City whom I happen to know personally. Despite still being in his teens, he has a bunch of insane songs such as his Move for Me Remix. Nevertheless, His Buy My Love remix is, in my opinion, his best work yet. Wynter Gordon's original version is pretty good itself, but Fareoh honestly kills this track (in the best way possible). Clearly, there is much more to come from Fareoh, and it's guaranteed to be great. Better watch out Avicii.

Wynter Gordon-Buy my Love(Fareoh remix)

You Feel It Runnin Through Your Bones...

Here is a Dirty Disco Youth remix to a classic song. It goes without saying, but Jerk it Out is a song that's hard to hate. Dirty Disco Youth makes this catchy, well-known, upbeat song into a complete rager which has the perfect mix of the Jerk it Out hook and their added bass-filled goodness--guaranteed to bring relief to any jaded dancefloor.

Pass That Dutch

So Chuckie just dropped a free download of a bootleg he did at IDentity, its pretty sweet.  Has some classic dutch sounds along with the smooth synths we've come to love from Chuckie.  Also have a nice Chubby Fingers dubstep mix of Amber by 311.  Amber is one of the all time chillest songs to begin with, and the dubstep twist makes it even sicker.  Enjoy.

Paris Satisfaction (Chuckie Pass That Dutch Bootleg) - Kanye West & Jay Z vs Benni Benassi

Amber (Chubby Fingers Dubstep Bootleg) - 311

Stereo Planes: Sick New Mashup

A few days ago Fratmusic.com premiered Cake Effect's new mashup Stereo Planes, but no download had been released... until now. To be honest I traditionally enjoy 1v1 mashups way more than ones using multiple songs, but Stereo Planes just sounds so good! Dillon Francis' instrumentation is insane, and the rap verses flow right into Hayley's familiar refrain so smoothly. Props to Cake Effect; he is definitely a mashup artist that you will be seeing more of on this site.

Another New Guetta

In anticipation of the big release on August 29th, we've written up a quick preview of Guetta’s new album. Nothing but the Beat will be the DJ’s fifth album, which will include two discs. The first disc will feature Guetta's traditional house tracks with some HUGE names in R&B, Hip Hop, and Pop music while the second disc will include purely instrumental tracks. Here is the track list:

Disc 1:
1. Where Them Girls At (featuring Nicki Minaj & Flo Rida)
2. Little Bad Girl (featuring Taio Cruz & Ludacris)
3. Turn Me On (featuring Nicki Minaj)
4. Sweat (Snoop Dogg vs. David Guetta)
5. Without U (featuring Usher)
6. Nothing Really Matters (featuring will.i.am)
7. I Can Only Imagine (featuring Chris Brown & Lil Wayne)
8. Crank It Up (featuring Akon)
9. I Just Wanna F*ck (featuring Timbaland & Dev)
10. Night Of Your Life (featuring Jennifer Hudson)
11. Repeat (featuring Jessie J)
12. Titanium (featuring Sia)

Disc 2:
1. The Alphabet
2. Lunar (David
Guetta & Afrojack)
3. Sunshine (David Guetta & Avicii)
4. Little Bad Girl (Instrumental Version)
5. Metro Music
6. Toy Story
7. The Future
8. Dreams
9. Paris
10. Glasgow

Guetta has released several of these tracks as singles such as “Where Them Girls At”, "Little Bad Girl”, “Without U”, “Titanium”, “Lunar” and “Night of Your Life”. However several other tracks from Nothing but the Beat such as “Turn Me On” and “Crank It Up” were leaked. Some of the singles listed above were also leaked before their scheduled release dates. Turn Me On is one of my favorite songs from the new album, but it hasn't been getting as much love as it deserves. Enjoy.

Soundtracks & Comebacks (Fedde Le Grand Remix) and Some Ragers

Fedde Le Grand is back with a huuuge remix of Soundtracks & Comebacks by Goldfish.  Get ready to hear this one for awhile, the vocals are so sick and with Fedde Le Grand you know the beat is going to be too.

Soundtracks & Comebacks (Fedde Le Grand Remix) - Goldfish

Ragers:  Pounds of Blood is a crazy dubstep song from Tommy Lee & Figure that you can't go wrong with.   Takyon (Death Yon) by Death Grips is flat out insane.  If you play this loud enough peoples heads might explode.  It's that crazy.

Pounds of Blood - Tommy Lee & Figure

Takyon (Death Yon) - Death Grips

BRAND NEW SKRILLEX, GUETTA, and AVICII

Here are some brand new tracks for you guys today, and all from huge names in the Electronic Music Business. Avicii releases a levels-ish sounding track called morphine, which is a little darker but still a good jam. Guetta's new song Glasgow, which he debuted at Glasgow, is unlike the stuff he has been releasing recently, and most closely resembles the energy on the banger Lunar (which we posted awhile back). I had assumed that most of Lunar was Afrojack's work, but clearly Guetta is just as capable of making sick banger House tracks as well as the radio friendly stuff he usually makes. Speaking of radio friendly music, make sure to also check out his work with Jennifer Hudson on Night of Your Life, and his collab with Avicii on Sunshine. Finally, we had posted a live rip of Just Believe by Skrillex, and we finally have the full version. It is insane; can't wait for the full versions of Voltage and Zoology--Skrillex's collab with Knife Party. Enjoy.

Skinny Bitches Get Out!

We recently posted Bombs Away's remix of killer which was an absolute banger, and luckily I did some research on Bombs Away, hoping to find some other hidden gems. As it turns out, there were some "gems"; actually there are a lot of gems, just instead of gems they're bangers. If you have not yet seen the hilarious music video Big Booty Bitches, then please do, or else this post won't make as much sense. Anyways Bombs Away turned Big Booty Bitches into a sick club song, and Dirtylound made it even better. I posted two other of Bombs Aways tracks, and if you like them then you should check their http://soundcloud.com/bombs-away page for more songs. Their songs really bring the bass.

Lucky Date

Chicago based dj/producer Lucky Date knows how to make bangers.  He takes songs that are already pretty good and makes them unbelievable with his signature heavy bass.  Here are some of my favorite Lucky Date songs, but you can listen to more on his facebook page.  He's got a new remix coming out soon of Mysto and Pizzis' Where is Love that is essential to get once it drops.  Enjoy

Don't Bring a Gun to a Knife Party

We've featured Knife Party several times already, such as with their massive remix of Save The World.  Well, now I have some original songs from em for you.  They're pretty freaking sick.  Internet friends is somewhat feed me sounding, and gotta love the vocals.  Fire Hive is definitely more duddy/moombahton sounding  and its dope.  Also is another sick remix of Dev's Dancing in the Dark, this time by Savoy.  Enjoy yo selves

House Remixes

Here are a bunch of quality house remixes which all do something interesting with their songs. Kaskade's remix of Skylar Grey's Invisible is stunning, and while it adds some heavy bass at times it still sounds like an epic house song. Dj Kue adds some force to In the Dark, and necessarily extends the track making it into a club banger. Pendulum's the Island is one of my favorite house songs ever created; it has amazing epic vocals and the instrumentation is insanely good. Tom Pjanoo's remix does a great job on the Island because, rather than trying to make the Island more of a banger (which is impossible), he puts a progressive house twist on the song and turns it into a beautiful, almost avicii-esque track, while still keeping it dark and epic. Needless to say, this song is perfect for clubs, romantic nights, and long walks on the beach. I remember hearing Lo-Fi-Fnk's Boom, but I never remember it being quite as good as Dmitri Vangelis &Wyman's version. The original was a funky little track; however, it was never quite the house banger that I wanted it to be. Now it is.

Stars & Rockets On Acid

Here are a few dope mashups that are all unique and flow pretty seamlessly. Stars & Rockets on Acid by DJ Dibella works especially well; just wait for Nicki Minaj's part it sounds sick with To the Stars. Dibella has some other nice mashups and reworks so check out his other stuff here: http://djdibella.com/my-mashupsreworks/.

Djs From Mars - Stand By Party Rock

DJs From Mars did their thang with Lmfao's Party Rock Anthem and Ben E. King's Stand By Me and its insane.  Its so good, they must be from Mars cuz this song is out of this world (worst joke ever).  Also Party Rock Anthem related is a remix by Alesso which goes hard in da paint.  Also is a crazy remix of the Chemical Brothers' already epic song Hey Boy Hey Girl by Far Too Loud.  Its sick and its loud, blast it.  Last is a nice remix of Hyper Crush's I Don't Give A by Adams.A, gotta check it out.

BANGERS FOR EVERYONE

I think this is the most banger heavy post I have done thus far. All of these songs are absolutely sick party songs, with bass heavy drops. However, nothing is too intense that you can't drop it at a party. Big Gigantic does their best remix yet since their sick edit on Chiddy Bang's Kids remix with Get Em High, adding one of the raunchiest drops i've ever heard. While Nero is known for their heavy drum n bass and dubstep, their work on Must Be the Feeling is more of a house track, and they absolutely kill it. Savoy's remix on Dirty Dancer is a great dance song, no surprise there. Lastly, my absolutely favorite track right now is Bombs Away's Remix of Disco Fries' new song Killer. Killer is definitely something fresh and creative compared to Disco Fries' other work, and I applaud them for that. The point of the murderer/somber lyrics of Killer seems to be that the DJ will kill people on the dancefloor because he is so dirty. Bombs Away actually turns the drop into the sickest thing I've ever heard. Please listen to these tracks with HEAVY BASS and quality speakers. You will be robbing yourself of an amazing experience otherwise.

Dada Life - Fight Club is Closed (Religion Remix)

At this point everyone should have heard Dada Life's Fight Club is Closed, if you haven't go find it on youtube or something.  It's freaking epic.  Religion's remix only adds to the epicness.  Also have a nice mashup for you, Dino Roc and Dj Cj put together some Justice, Simian and Mgmt.  Its pretty chill.  Have a remix of the Beastie Boys' No Sleep Till Brooklyn, very grimey, very good.  Then there is Guettastep.  If you don't blast this song...

Some Party Tracks

Really chill rapping over a banging dubstep beat.  What's not to like? Also, have a mashup of possibly the 2 biggest songs ever in the history of house music, Avicii's Levels and SHM's Leave This World Behind.  Needless to say, its awesome.

Hold Yuh Beach Party at My Beach House

In honor of my awesome weekend throwing parties with my friend at his beach house, I bring you some outstanding party songs for the beach. Most of these songs are the creations of Sex Ray Vision, who released the no-vocals track My Beach House a while ago, which spawned some solid remixes. My favorite of which is JRowe's Bounce my Beach House, which mashes up My Beach House with Calvin Harris' Beatport hit Bounce. The third is Sex Ray Vision's new version of My Beach House which adds some solid party vocals and reworks the hook of the original. It is aptly titled: My (Other) Beach House. The final song is an old song by Beattrax called Beach Party, but it is such a classic. If you want everyone at your beach party (or really any party) to have a good time, bump one of these tunes and sit back; it's that easy!

Bonuses: Here is Major Lazer's Remix of Hold Yuh by Gyptian, and then Wale's freestyle over the original track. Both are equally good in their own respects, and CHILL as HELL. Wale's flow is unreal.

David Guetta and Afrojack - Lunar

New Guetta and Afrojack collab, and with those 2 names on the track you know it has to be good. Its sounds a little like Daft Punk's "Derezzed" but a bit more upbeat. I'm sure you'll be hearing this one at clubs and parties in the future, let the remixing begin. Also, have a nice remix from L.A. Riots of Warrior by J.O.B. ft Anjulie, MadV & 12th Planet. Finally, really chill disco type song from Dutch producers Keljet. Enjoy.

3lau

So I've heard some people out there don't like mashups...any mashups. Time to wake up. Wake the fuck up! Alright. I want to introduce you all to an up-and-coming mashup and house producer. 3lau, a undergrad student at Wash U, has been releasing some great house tracks over the past year. Doing a lot of work with Kap Slap, he has put out over ten great mashups that can really 3lau the house up. (I crack myself up) I understand a lot of listeners out there are skeptical of most mashups, but these are truly worth a listen.

3lau originals:

Recently, like yesterday recently, 3lau released his first dubstep track. Take a listen:

Dubububub

Been lacking in the dubstep department, so here are 3 filthy tracks.  First we got a 12th Planet remix (Classic) of M.I.A.'s Sunshine, her vocals work so well and the bass is craziness.  Then from the same Knife Party who brought you one of if not the best remix of Save The World we have a remix of a nero song and like, dayumn, its so good.  Honestly, turn up your speakers as loud as they go, its worth it if you blow them.  3rd is a chiller one from SBTRKT.  Enjoy.

Lollapalooza: The Best Of

Lucky for me, I spent the past weekend at the four seasons in Chicago having exclusively five star meals, and seeing amazing bands all day at Lollapalooza. Lucky for you, I have embedded some highlights of the phenomenal songs that some of the electronic music artists there dropped during the festival. I would do a full review of the festival, but it would take ages to actually give everyone their proper due. Moreover, make sure to check out all of these songs. Some highlights included Feed Me starting their set with To the Stars, a song that has one of the most heart-pumping buildups I've heard. Others include Skrillex dropping two of his new (unreleased) songs: Voltage and Just Believe. Afrojack played Zedd's Save the World Tonight and Levels, but his best moment was definitely when he played his classic hit Take Over Control. Deadmau5 actually played in a pretty heavy rainstorm, but it only made their bumping tracks more epic. Glitch Mob, Pretty Lights, and the Bloody Beetroots killed it as usual.

Some Quality Dub

Savoy's new I'm In Need is quality step, the louder the better on this one. Also, notice the new embedding format, its nice, just click on the down arrow and you'll be taken to a download page. Enjoy.

Tons of Crazy Bangers

Got so many good songs for you guys today.  Starting with a remix of Ashes - Eva by Dutch House producer Chuckie.  He is sick and kind of a bad ass, I haven't heard a song from him I didn't like.  His songs are always easy to listen to with the smooth synths and vocals but you gotta love that bass.  Next up is some Deadmau5, straighy filth, nuff said there.  Have Walfgang Gartner's new Menage A Trois, soooo good.  Bump it.  You guys have probably all heard the Doctor P and Flux Pavilion remix of Louder, well, here is a remix of the same song by Hardwell.  I really shouldn't have to say more, so I won't, its fucking sweet, get it.  Finally, have a really sick remix of Lenny Kravitz's Are You Gonna Go My Way by Hermanos Inglesos.  Wait for it to drop, more than worth it.

Mord Fustang - Milky Way

Mord Fustang rarely disappoints, and Milky Way is no exception.  It has that same style that we've grown to love from bangers like Gold and The Electric Dream and really packs a punch.  Can't listen to this one too loud.

Its Been Awhile...

I know its been awhile since I posted... shit was a little crazy.  House got robbed while I was in mexico, haven't really had internet in forever... On that note though, anyone who has a tv they want to get rid of I'll take it haha.  Anyways, to make up for my absence I've got some killer tracks for you guys.  First is Tiesto's new track Work Hard Play Hard and the Autoerotique remix.  Personally, I like the remix a tad better but both are sick.  Next is a song by Goodwill & Hook N Sling, its pretty mellow at first but the drop is nasty.  Last is... yeah... another Save The World Remix.  It's got some crazy bass going on, check it out.

2 Remixes 1 Mashup

Sadly Britney does not look quite like the picture I posted above anymore, but she does make decent electro-influenced songs which can be remixed into pretty nice bangers, especially by the Disco Fries. I Wanna Go is by far my favorite new Britney song (and that isn't saying much), but the Disco Fries make into a great dance/ club/ party song with their heavy bass, while still keeping the catchier parts of her song. The other remix is Alesso's remix of the super-successful Pressure, download it if you are a house fan, no question. The Mashup is of two great songs: Avicii's Street Dancer and Wolgang Gartner's Illmerica, and it is done by Basic Physics.

This One's For All You Bass Lovers Out There!

^These were the words that the Glitch Mob guys shouted out before dropping their seven nation army remix, the last song of their encore at Terminal 5 this past Friday in NYC. An event that I was lucky to attend. The Glitch Mob recently released their new ep called We Can Make the World Stop, which consists of the three songs: Warrior Concerto, We Can Make the World Stop, and Palace of the Innocents. I can assure you that this EP is as epic as anything you can expect from the Glitch Mob, and even a little mesmerizing and exotic; as is the case on Palace of the Innocents. The Glitch Mob concert was great, and the drops could not have hit better. They were joined by RJD2 and Phantogram who put on great performances as well. If any of you get a chance, please check out a youtube video of the concert just so you can see the acrobatic female dancer who was flying above us everytime they played a new song; it really made the concert an experience! Not to mention the sweet lights. I've posted Palace of the Innocents from their new ep and the Glitch Mob's banging Seven Nation Army remix from awhile ago. Buy their new EP We Can Make the World Stop if you have the capital, it's definitely worth it.

Added Bonus: Sweet chilled out Top of the World Remix. This is a new twist on the old banger and it really freshens things up. Short but Sweet.
